Our coaching programs are bespoke in all regards — including in terms of weekly schedules. The average coaching session is 50 minutes, with the final ten minutes (for 60 minutes total) reserved for Bespoke Goal Tracking. However, sessions vary in length based upon subject and topic, and longer sessions are easily arranged.
Some advisees, such as those currently in school and struggling to navigate difficult academic subjects, may meet with coaches for sessions twice weekly to develop skills and build their confidence.
Other adolescents and young adults, such as those navigating school stops, gap years, or particularly challenging periods, may benefit from wraparound coaching several hours per day. We are able to scale program size to meet each advisee’s needs.
Families also may opt to register for homeschooling services and consult Bespoke to provide customized coaching in core academic subjects, areas of passion, and areas of struggle. If you are interested in this possibility, we can connect you with outside educational consultants who can help you navigate the homeschool registration process.

Our coaches are individuals who pair experience and training in diverse content areas with an ability to connect with young people navigating complex academic and career roads. They are more than capable of providing tutoring support, and our Content Coaches help students “catch up” in subjects wherein they have fallen behind. We offer such academic support in virtually all middle school, high school, and college academic subjects. The Bespoke Model embeds this academic support within a larger team that works collaboratively to help young people strengthen areas of vulnerability, explore their interests, identify goals, and make progress toward achieving these goals.
-
Most coaching takes place virtually, as this maximizes our ability to pair students with coaches best matched to their interests and needs. However, in select circumstances, in-person coaching is available in New York City.

Our coaches comprise a carefully selected group of professionals with training and experience in diverse academic and career paths. They include individuals working and studying at the forefront of technology, business, medicine, science, law, athletics, art, and entertainment. They include innovative thinkers and creators who have studied at the world’s top schools, from Hopkins to Harvard, and performed at the peak of careers, from the National Football League (NFL) to consulting firms. But more importantly, they share an ability to connect with young people who may have interests in these areas but struggle to transform those interests into forward momentum.
Furthermore, we are collaborators who are passionate about working as members of a Bespoke team to help young people generate momentum and experience success. Prior to the initiation of any program, we share the bios of our proposed coaching teams with families.
Families learn of our services through trusted advisors and referrers, who provide login access to our password-protected About Us Portal, which can be accessed here.

Absolutely. Our team includes coaches with years of experience helping adolescents and young adults navigate middle school, high school, college, and graduate program applications — including the exploration of programs, the drafting of essays, the organization of application requirements, and preparation for interviews. Several of our coaches have additionally served as members of admission committees.

We do. Our coaches have years of experience providing support for advisees preparing for standardized exams necessary for middle school, high school, college, and graduate school applications — with support available for all academic areas.

Yes, we do. Our Bespoke model allows for the scaling of coaching programs from relatively small teams that meet with advisees twice weekly to larger collaborative programs with coaching scheduled for multiple hours per day. Furthermore, although we are not a school, we are happy to collaborate with families and outside educational consultants to provide coaching support within the context of homeschool programs for middle school and high school students. If your family is interested in learning more about immersive coaching programs embedded within homeschool services, our team can connect you with outside consultants with experience helping families register for homeschooling in lieu of school.

No. We do not offer medical or clinical services. Furthermore, although members of our team may hold medical degrees or advanced degrees in psychology, social work, and related disciplines, or may provide clinical care as part of their outside professional careers, their work with Bespoke Coaching Group is not in any way clinical. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with families’ outside therapists, psychiatrists, and advisors, and are happy to share Goal Tracking notes with them and invite them to quarterly meetings. However, we do not provide therapy or clinical care, nor do we diagnose or treat individuals in any way.
