Advisees and families who learn of our services through referrers may contact us directly through our About Us Portal to schedule a complimentary introductory call. Families who learned of our services through other avenues are invited to contact us through our Contact Us page. During introductory calls, we will discuss our process, learn about the adolescent or young adult, identify a coach for an initial session, and provide the coach’s bio for review.  

Following the initial coaching session, we will create a proposed coaching team and schedule. We also will share the bios of all proposed team members. We schedule coaching packages quarterly — with fixed, transparent hourly fees, transparent tracking of goals, and quarterly family meetings to share progress.
